1. Banana-Strawberry-Oat-Ground Flax Seed with unsweetened soy milk smoothie

2. Strawberry-Blueberry-Banana-Spinach & Kale – Ground Flax Seed with unsweetened soy milk smoothie

3. Bowl of oatmeal, blueberries and banana, ground flax seed mixed in, cup of unsweetened soy milk

4. Grape Nuts (the nugget kind), banana, ground flax seed, unsweetened soy milk

5. Uncle Sam’s cereal, blueberries, banana, ground flax seed, unsweetened soy milk
